Use of Jacuzzi
 It’s strictly prohibited to use the Jacuzzi after consuming alcohol.
 If children are using the Jacuzzi, they must be accompanied by their parents.

Government Taxes
 The rates are subject to any revisions or existing taxes or any new taxesimposed by the Sri Lankan government.

Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
 To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is to be made through bank transfer within 14 days of the original reservation. If not, the reservations will be automatically cancelled.
 50% deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances and no future date will be offered unless the hotel management agrees. The future date is offered at the sole discretion of the hotel management.
 Any cancellation of a confirmed booking should be notified in writing via email.
 If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the check-in date – 100% of the quoted fee will be charged as cancellation fee. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
 Failure to pay the required amounts by the specified dates may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
 The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.
 The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days before arrival.
