Outward Remittances can be made by an account holder subject to prevailing regulatory and operational procedures.  The outward remittances could be done for the below purposes.

  • Payments related to Education 
  • Service related payments 
  • Repatriation of Migration allowances 
  • Imports
  • Repatriation of investments and earnings
  • Any other, as permitted by the regulator. 


Remittances could be effected in any designated foreign currency and in currencies specified by the bank.

How to get started ?

A Remittance application form should be completed and submitted to the bank for processing.
