Once the booking is confirmed, date changes, name changes will not be acceptable unless agreed by the property due to unavoidable reasons.

Valid National ID, Passport or Valid Driver’s License needs to be provided at the hotel when checking in.

The discount will be redeemed only when the PROMO CODE is entered in by the customer via the hotel website.
The full amount must be paid on arrival at the hotel by the same credit/debit card that was used at the time of booking. The card details are taken to guarantee your booking. Some cards levy a temporary charge to confirm the transaction. This is refunded after a few days.
Amendments or cancellation to the booking up to 7 days before your arrival (only until 6:00 p.m.) Otherwise, the card will be charged for 100% of the stay. No Show will cost 100% of the stay.
The card used for the booking must be presented during check-in.
The reservation can be made only under name given on the card used for payment.
Discounts will not be applicable for extras and other Supplements.
