10. Offer applicable for Double & Triple rooms on HB and FB basis on published local rack rate.
11. The general credit card terms and conditions relevant to the bank and card will continue to apply.
12. The Cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
13. Cardholder shall present the Seylan Bank credit card used for booking and a valid NIC/Passport (Sri Lankan) upon check-in for verification.
14. The offer can be availed only if the Customer mentioned at the time of check-in or checkout.
15. Meals shall be served either à la carte or buffet style based on hotel occupancy, at the discretion of hotel management.
16. No name changes will be permitted once payment is made.
17. The standard children's policy / cancellation policy shall be applicable to this Offer, in accordance with the standard policy of the hotel.
 

Full Board:
Up to 2 children below 6 years old may stay free of charge.
Children aged 7–11 years: LKR 11,500 nett per child per night (Full Board basis).

Half Board:
Up to 2 children below 6 years old may stay free of charge.
Children aged 7–11 years: LKR 8,000 nett per child per night (Half Board basis).

18.    Offer shall not apply to additional food and beverages, other services, including the SPA and recreational consumed at the property.
19.    100% of payment on non-refundable basis is required at point of booking to confirm the reservation
20.    Rates are inclusive of taxes imposed by the Government of Sri Lanka at the time of booking.
21.    Rates may be subject to revision prior to confirmation of booking without prior notice.

26.    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.
