Corporate Internet Banking Security Policy Update

Your Seylan Corporate Internet Banking profile currently has one user and is provided with full authority or multiple users with full authority to Initiate and Authorize online financial transactions.
 
Considering the risk factors associated with this kind of privilege being provided to a single user, as per current trends in the market the security establishment of the bank has enforced a policy change, to split this role. Where the Bank will create another user under your Corporate Internet Banking profile which will grant the new user permission to Only initiate an online transaction. The existing user will be granted Approval authority. 
 
With this arrangement, two users have to be involved in executing an online transaction. In the event, the credentials of one user is being compromised, the probability will be less, in effecting a transaction that has not been authorized.
 
Considering that this policy change needs to come into force at the earliest, the Bank wishes to provide you time till 07/06/2023 to request for this change.  If your company wishes to go ahead with a single user authorization the bank will not be held liable, in the event, the user credentials are misused or lost as per the terms and conditions, more so the Bank will not be able to prevent any perpetrator from carrying out transactions.
