Seylan Cards Rewards Points ( Voucher) Redemption Process

1.    The customer purchases the e-voucher from www.seylancardsrewards.com.
2.    The customer has to contact the Uga head office call center to make a reservation.
3.    The call center team will request e-voucher confirmation via email.
4.    A balance payment link will be shared with the customer.
5.    The customer completes the balance payment thru a Seylan Credit Card to confirm the reservation.

How the Discount Will Be Applied
•    Example: If the Uga rack rate is LKR 150,000, after a 45% discount the rate becomes LKR 67,500.
•    If the customer holds an e-voucher worth LKR 20,000, they can contact the Uga head office to redeem it. The remaining balance must be settled  by a Seylan Credit Card payment through the provided payment link.
