1.    Offer is valid only for stays from 1st Apri to 31st May 2026  and applicable exclusively for bookings settled with eligible credit cards. 
2.    A maximum of 5 rooms per credit card can be booked. 
3.    This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, packages, corporate rates, or special promotions.
4.    No reward points, miles, or loyalty credits will be awarded for bookings made under this promotional rate.
5.    This is a non-exclusive offer, and NH Bentota Ceysands Resort shall bear the full value of the 25% discount.
6.    The Bank shall submit a detailed communication plan for pre-promotion and post-promotion activities for the Hotel’s review. All communication materials must receive prior written approval from the Hotel before public release.
7.    The Bank shall provide promotional visibility through brochures, e-flyers, and other advertising materials distributed to its credit cardholders, incorporating NH Bentota Ceysands Resort’s name and branding.
8.    The Hotel shall extend reciprocal visibility for the Bank by displaying banners, cut-outs, and decals at designated locations within the property. All such marketing materials will be provided by the Bank free of charge.
9.    The general terms and conditions of both the Hotel and the Bank shall apply unless otherwise expressly amended.
10.    Each Party acknowledges that the trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos (“Marks”) of the other Party remain its exclusive property. Neither Party shall use the other’s Marks without prior written approval, and such use must follow the relevant brand guidelines and apply solely to this promotion. All usage of Marks must cease immediately upon expiry or termination of the promotion.
11.    The Hotel’s standard cancellation and amendment policies apply for all bookings.
12.    The offer is subject to room availability, and blackout periods may apply without notice based on high occupancy.
13.    The cardholder must be present at check-in and provide the same card used for payment.
14.    In case of any dispute, the decision of NH Bentota Ceysands Resort and Sampath Bank shall be final.
