RATE RULES

·      The above offer is valid for deluxe suite room category

·         Net of commission, per room per night in and including daily set menu breakfast, lunch and dinner, service charge and Government taxes.

·         Government taxes, fees and charges change from time to time the resort reserves the right to add these on, effective from the time of implementation.

·         All rates detailed in this Agreement is including the prevailing Service change and all govt. taxes, should this percentage increase or change on government notice, this will be communicated in writing and the change automatically reflected on the rates.

CHILD PLAN

Children below 6 years – Complimentary

1.    Room Occupancy:

All room categories are with double beds. For twin options, a rollaway bed will be provided. A fixed divan is available in the villa

All categories take upto 4 persons, the 4^th person should always be a child

Family Villa – Max. 4 adults OR 2 adults + 2Child

Grand Beach Pavilion (2 bedroom suite) - maximum occupancy of 4 adults + 2 extra beds for adults or children (6 guests: adults or children)

Infant cots are provided free of charge

2.    Reservations:

All reservations / cancellations / amendments must be confirmed from the Resort in writing by email, fax or letter. The Resort will not take any responsibility for unacknowledged reservations

Ensure proper delivery of services to the clients, all reservation details must be clearly marked on all rooming lists/requests/accommodation vouchers. For all reservations the arriving guest should produce a voucher to the Resort. Should there be a difference in the voucher and the reservation made, necessary action should be taken by the Resort and the BUYER to resolve the difference on arrival of the guests and before departure.

The Resort shall invoice the BUYER on the basis of the services mentioned in the voucher.

The Resort will make its best endeavors to hold rooms within the property, and reserves the right to use another property of the same if not higher category within the group in the very unlikely situation of an overbooking.

3.    Cancellation & No-show Policy:

Cancellation received 07 days prior to arrival - no charge                     

Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the room nights booked

No show / early departures will also be charged for the full stay
