1. Cardholder (Parent/Guardian) to make the payment through a Seylan Credit Card using the online portal in AKURA
2. Cardholder has to call our hotline 0112008888 and request to convert the transaction into an Instalment Plan
3. Call Centre agent will arrange to convert the transaction into an Instalment Plan
4. Cardholder will receive a SMS from the Bank once the conversion process is completed
