  • In order to obtain the free medical cover, the customer must load the funds to the travel card or the amount of USD300 should be made available. However when obtaining the facility, call centre must be informed

  3. In an event of reimbursement of medical claims and death claims, the claim should be informed not later than one month after completion of the treatment or in the event of death, after transportation of Mortal remains/burial.

  4. In an event the cardholder couldn’t claim direct from the Euro -Centre, it can be claimed upon arrival in Sri Lanka forwarding the necessary documentation e.g. The Travel card, Air ticket (E Ticket), Original boarding Passes for all sectors (On ward and return journey), Hospital invoices/bills/Investigation reports, Doctors statement mentioning the illness and other relevant documents pertaining to the claim could be verified through Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC) claims Dept. via Tel +94 11 2357357 or Fax +94 11 2357689.
