• 10% discount on the total bill for transactions above Rs. 5,000
• 15% discount on the total bill for transactions above Rs. 10,000
• Offer valid only on a la carte food items.
   
• Guests are allowed to bring their own food items to the villa.
• Our in-house chef will prepare your meals using the ingredients you provide.
•  A cooking charge of Rs. 500 per person will be applied per day for three meals (Breakfast,
• Lunch, and Dinner).
• To confirm the reservation, we ask for a 10% deposit through bank money transfer within 02 days
• of the original reservation. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be
• automatically cancelled.
• Please note that the 10% deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
• Any cancellation of a confirmed booking should be notified via phone call or email.

Check In & Check Out

• Check-in time 14:00 Hrs and check out time 12:00 noon.

Child policy

• Children below 6 years free of charge (Considering sharing parents room).
• Children between 06 to 12 years sharing parent’s room and Half Rate will be charged on
• adult’s Meals.
• Children 12 years and above will be charged as adults
